| Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Meeting 9:00 a.m.
The CQI committee is made up of several selected staff members and stakeholders |
| | outside the agency. The CQI committee meets monthly and it is meant to be a safe place to honestly and genuinely tackle the improvement needs of our agency. The goal of the CQI process is to establish an ongoing mechanism to identify areas of service that need improvement. As the needs of the agency are identified, or the needs of the community change, the CQI process is in place to methodically address the resolution of the identified areas of improvement.
